A welcoming first smile you will meet in our office, Tina enjoys sharing her 10 years of experience helping you with scheduling, insurance/financial matters, or any other general questions you may have.

Jan Thomas, Business Manager
Jan brings 20 years of experience in all phases of patient care to thoroughly help you with your scheduling, financial, and insurance needs.  Our patients have enjoyed Jan's personal touch since 2002.

LuAnn Hamilton, Insurance Coordinator
Our insurance specialist… LuAnn has 16 years of experience in helping patients with their insurance needs.  LuAnn joined our team in 2000.

Linda Carlson, Registered Dental Hygienist
Linda has 32 years of dental hygiene experience and joined Dr. Zuidema's  team in 1993.

Jodi Gifford, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jodi has 20 years of dental hygiene experience and joined Dr. Zuidema's team in 1992.

Regina Argall, Registered Dental Hygienist
Regina has 11 years of Dental Hygiene experience and joined Dr. Zuidema's team in 2000.

Joan Polkowski, Registered Dental Assistant
Has been with Dr. Zuidema since he began practice in 1981.

Chris Duyser, Registered Dental Assistant
Has 35 years assisting experience and joined Dr. Zuidema's team in 1989. 

Cathy Boonstra, Dental Assistant
Has 30 years assisting experience and joined Dr. Zuidema's team in 1998.

Jeremy, Intern
Jeremy has been interning with Dr. Zuidema since 2006 and will be joining our team after graduating from the University of Michigan Dental School in 2011.
